How can I track my order after it is shipped?

After your order is shipped, you can request the shipment tracking number by sending an email to store@prosarena.com, our customer support representative will respond to your email with the shipment tracking number. Once you receive the tracking number you should go to www.trax.pk to track your order.

Or you can request us to track your order on your behalf.

How can I check the status of my order?

You can check the status of your order any time by logging in to your Pro’s Arena Store account. Simply go to “My Account” > “My Order”, there you will see the list of all orders you have placed at Pro’s Arena Store. You can see the current status of each order in the “Status” column. You can also send an email at Store@prosarena.com to get more details in this regard, our customer support representative will respond with the required information.

Can I pick up the goods at a local Pro’s Arena Store location?

At this time, Pro’s Arena Store does not have a local pickup outlet for customer orders. All orders must be placed online and are received via one of our shipment carriers.

My product arrived in Damaged Packaging. What do I do?

You may ask the courier to wait until you check the product thoroughly before making payment. If the products are in good condition then you should take the delivery and make payment. You have the right to return the product right away to the courier if the packaging of the product or product itself is damaged. You may cancel the order by mentioning the reason and initiate your complaint via email to store@prosarena.com. Please take pictures of the damaged parcel as supporting evidence for the replacement.

If the product is found damaged after the courier left:

You should file a complaint within 24 hours of the delivery via email to store@prosarena.com

For a return/refund request, please attach pictures of the damaged packaging and product as supporting evidence. After review of your complaint, your order will be replaced with a new one, or your amount will be refunded through an online transaction into your bank account.

How long will it take to receive my product?

Before processing your order for fulfillment, our customer support representative will call you for confirmation of your order within 24 hours. After confirmation, orders will take 5 to 6 working days to be delivered to you starting from the day you received a confirmation call. If you are living in a different city, it may take more time depending on the distance of your location from Karachi.

I do not like what I ordered. Can I return it?

Ordered items can not be returned if you do not like the product. This reason does not qualify for the return.

How do I pay for my order?

Currently, you can pay only in cash on delivery. You have to pay the amount of the order to the courier who delivers the order to you. Cheque or other modes of payment are not acceptable. We will update you once we will have other payment options integrated with our website which we are already working on.

How can I check the status of my claim?

You can check the status of your claim by sending an email to store@prosarena.com by mentioning your “Order Number” in the subject line or make a phone call at 923009298309. Our customer support representative will respond to you with the current status of your claim either by email or a phone call.

Product delivered is not what I have ordered. What do I do?

If you have received the wrong product, you should immediately send your complaint via email at store@prosarena.com by mentioning the Order Number and the reason “Wrong product delivered” in the subject line. It would be better if you attach photos of the product delivered. Our customer support representative will respond to your complaint through a phone call for confirmation. After the confirmation, we will send the correct order to you through our courier partner and pick up the wrong ones.

Note: No shipment charges to be borne by the customer in such a case.
