Pro’s Arena Store has a clear Return & Exchange policy which seeks to assist buyers to ensure their purchase is protected against fraud. If a buyer has purchased an item by way of any of the Pro’s Arena Store payment methods and never received it (in case of advance payment only) or received a damaged or wrong item, the buyer may return the item and get reimbursement from Pro’s Arena Store of the value of the item only. According to this policy a buyer needs to file a complaint with Pro’s Arena Store within 24 hours of receiving (or not receiving) the relevant item.
